Our facility is located at 4629 Peachtree Hills Road, Las Cruces, NM 88012. We're located in Metro Verde development with easy access to Highway 70.

You can rent a unit by calling us directly at (575) 202-4476. We’ll help you choose the right size unit and guide you through the rental process. We also offer convenient online bill pay to manage your storage from anywhere.

Yes! All of our storage units are ground-level with drive-up access, making loading and unloading quick and easy.

Metro Verde Storage is fully enclosed with a six-foot rock wall topped with decorative wrought iron. We also have security cameras throughout the property and gated entry to help keep your items safe.

While our units are not climate controlled, ceilings and south and west-facing walls without doors are insulated to minimize heat from direct sunlight—an important feature in the Las Cruces climate.

Prohibited items include flammable materials, hazardous substances, perishable food, live animals, and illegal items. If you’re unsure about a specific item, give us a call and we’ll be happy to clarify. Our lease specifies what items can not be stored.

No long-term commitment is required. We offer month-to-month rentals so you can store on your terms.

Our facility is designed with extra-wide drive aisles to make maneuvering trucks, trailers, and larger vehicles easy and stress-free.
